Rich’s passion is to unlock kingdom potential in people, teams, organisations, and contexts. He is committed to equipping leaders to activate movemental dynamics, spark innovation, and catalyse spiritual, strategic, and social change. At the heart of his work is a desire to create living proof of concept for movemental Christianity: a first century design of church reimagined for a twenty first century world.

Over the past twenty years, Rich has led pioneering work in missional disciple making, kingdom innovation, strategic thinking, and organisational change across the globe. More than fifteen years ago he co founded the charity Catalyse Change, home to two initiatives: 100Movements, which equips church and network leaders to spark movements in the West, and CREO, which works alongside Christian entrepreneurs and faith driven organisations for social, spiritual, and systemic impact. He is also the author of All Change, a biblical change process refined over fifteen years of coaching and consulting worldwide.

Rich lives in Edinburgh, Scotland, where he is part of a missional community and invests in Central Church. He serves as Regional Director of M4 UK and Ireland. He is married to Anna, a writer and editor who leads 100M Publishing, and they have three children: Josiah, Esther, and Samuel. As a family that follows Jesus, they are passionate about living intentionally, joyfully, and with integrity.
