Merilyn believes the church is at its best when it functions as a family, with everyone playing a part. Her open home reflects this belief, often filled with people as she lives out her family’s motto: “Be a blessing wherever you are.”

With over 20 years of experience in the corporate world, Merilyn has held a variety of roles, from founding a business to serving as the CEO of a recycling company. She is passionate about traveling, exploring different cultures, and celebrating the global family of God, where connections transcend borders and languages.

At Risttee Church, Merilyn is actively involved, serving on the Revision Committee, supporting marriage and counseling ministries, and leading a home group with her husband, Hando. Together, they have three sons and a daughter-in-law.
