Multiplying Leaders
– From Master to Movement: Leaders Who Multiply
We’re excited to welcome you to the M4 Regional Gathering in Bucharest, Romania, where National Leaders, M4 Ready Leaders, and other key leaders from Eastern Europe and the Balkans will come together for two intentional days of connection, learning, and prayer. Together, we will celebrate what God is doing across our nations and seek His direction for the future of church planting in our region. Under this year’s theme, “Multiplying Leaders”, we will explore how we can identify, equip, and release a new generation of leaders who can contribute to a multiplying movement across Europe.
Our main speaker will be Dave Patty, President of Josiah Venture. For more than 30 years, Dave has invested in youth movements throughout Europe, equipping thousands of young leaders to make disciples and engage their communities with the Gospel. His experience offers valuable perspective on what it takes to develop leaders who go on to develop others.
Throughout the gathering, we will also hear stories, experiences, and insights from leaders within the M4 family. As we learn from one another, we hope to deepen our relationships and strengthen our shared commitment to seeing healthy, reproducing churches planted across Europe.
