– From Master to Movement: Leaders Who Multiply

We are delighted to invite you to the M4 Europe Annual Gathering in Kristiansand, Norway. National Leaders, M4 Ready Leaders, and additional key leaders from each nation will gather for two focused days to celebrate what God is doing and seek His direction for the future of church planting. This year’s theme, “Multiplying Leaders,” will challenge us to identify, develop, and release the next generation of leaders for a growing movement across Europe.

Our main speaker is Dave Patty, President of Josiah Venture. With more than 30 years of experience leading youth movements across Europe, Dave has equipped thousands of young leaders to disciple others and engage their cultures with the Gospel. He brings deep insight into developing leaders who multiply.

We will also hear from John Rinehart, author of Gospel Patrons. John is a speaker and advocate for biblical generosity who highlights the powerful partnership between those who proclaim the Gospel and those who resource the mission. His teaching has helped leaders around the world think strategically about sustainable Kingdom impact.

Finally, Øivind Augland, Founder and Visionary Leader of M4 Europe, will share vision and direction as we look toward 2030. We will also hear stories and insights from other leaders across the M4 family, strengthening our shared commitment to plant healthy, reproducing churches across Europe.
