Mentoring:

Det forventes at du gjennom kurset skal ha en mentor. For mange vil det være naturlig at det er ledere fra egen sammenheng.  Vi har lagt opp til seks samtaler i løpet av de ni månedene kurset varer; en samtale etter hver av de seks modulene.

Vi vil oppfordre deg til å ta initiativ til at dette er på plass når vi starter opp prosessen i slutten av august. Du vil bli spurt om dette når de regionale lederne ringer deg etter at du er påmeldt, derfor er det bra om du snakker med noen i din sammenheng for å avklare dette.
