Assessment & Intercultural Church Planting
Assessment training, cultural awareness,, team development, practical support for church planters
My desire is to walk alongside church planters as they begin and build new churches. In today’s changing world, church planting is often intercultural. That brings both beauty and challenge. I believe interculturality reflects the heart of God and the diversity of His Kingdom, and I want to help leaders navigate that reality with confidence and wisdom.
For ten years, I was part of a church plant, serving in different roles, including one year as interim team leader. I later worked with ICP (Intercultural Church Plants), first in the Netherlands and then across Europe, supporting intercultural church planting initiatives.
I am a certified MBTI trainer, DISC trainer, stress counsellor, and hold a certificate in Intercultural Intelligence. I use these tools in a practical way to help church planters understand themselves, their teams, and the cultural contexts in which they serve.
Within M4, I focus on cultural awareness and assessment, offering practical support for church planters at the start of their journey. I enjoy translating vision into concrete tools and helping make ideas workable in everyday ministry.
I value honest conversations and walking with people step by step.
